Mobile-Specific Information We May CollectEntire-Listing collects mobile information such as your device and hardware IDs and device type, the request type, your carrier, your carrier user ID, and the content of your request, which does not by itself identify you, though it may be unique or consist of or contain information that you may consider personal. Entire-Listing may collect geo-location information (this may include when you use location-based products and services on the Site, and/or turn on location-based services on your mobile device). This information may reveal your actual location, such as GPS data, or it may not, such as when you submit a partial address to look at a map of the area. All requests may be sent through your mobile carrier's network and your carrier may have access to it. For information regarding your carrier's treatment of your information, please consult your carrier's privacy policies.
You may disable the collection and use of your location data through browser, operating system or device-level settings.
How we collect this information:Directly from you when you provide it to us, including any correspondence or communication with us, such as through e-mail, webforms, text messaging SMS, online surveys, online feedback, promotions, contests, or promotional content, and anything else in connection with other products, services, features, or requests made available through the Site.
When you call the phone numbers for the dealerships or property agent listed on the Site. If you dial one of these phone numbers, Entire-Listing or a service provider operating on Entire-Listing's behalf may record the date, time, length and content of your call and the phone number from which the call originated, along with other information that may be captured. The types of personal information that you provide will depend on the nature of the submission, but could include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Automatically as you navigate the Site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

Please note that disclosure to "Payment processors" applies when you pay for an Entire-Listing post using a credit card.

Entire-Listing does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. Entire-Listing does not knowingly provide any Personal Information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever from visitors younger than 18 years of age. No information should be submitted to Entire-Listing by visitors younger than 18 years old. Note that if you place an order for Services and/or pay a fee, we will collect additional payment and billing information from you, such as your credit/debit card information. We do not store or retain sensitive information such as full credit card or debit card numbers, bank account information, or other financial information that could be used directly to access a person's financial account; however, we do store the transaction tokens that can be used to retrieve, and in some cases submit, information associated with your transaction to our service providers (such as the last four digits of a payment card).
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which we originally collected it and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Notice of Information Collected and/or disclosed for “Sales” or “Sharing”
State Privacy Laws require that we notify you if we use your personal information to display advertisements to you based on personal information obtained from your activities over time and across nonaffiliated websites or online applications.
Specifically, the CCPA requires that we notify you about personal information that we “sell” or “share.” Under the CCPA, “sale” means the disclosure of personal information to third parties in exchange for valuable consideration, while “sharing” means the disclosure of personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising to allow our advertising partners to collect certain information to show you targeted advertisements, which may be considered both “sharing” and a “sale” under the CCPA and may be deemed “targeted advertising” under other State Privacy Laws.
